Arrive Friday 4pm. Depart Friday 10am, or sometimes Monday to Monday. Please phone to check availability and confirm reservation with a 25% deposit by BACS or cheque within 2 weeks. The balance can be paid by BACS or cheque on arrival.
We will provide all your heating, linen, towels, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls and washing up liquid, but not swimming towels. Wi-fi is now available in all the accommodation and in the Gallery.
The use of the pool, hot tub and all other amenities are included in the tariff.
We are open from 21nd March until 31st October and for the New Year Break, 30th December until 3rd January at High Season prices.
Low season 2025 = 21st March to 25th April / 12th September to 31st October
High season 2025 = 26th April – 11th September
Low season 2024 = 22nd March to 25th April / 13th September to 01st November
High season 2024 = 26th April – 12th September

At busy times of the year short breaks can be fitted between our weekly bookings. At other times they can be booked well ahead. Payment should be made in full when booking.
We are sometimes able to be flexible with timings of arrival and departure.
Easter Weekend will be at High Season prices, although if included in a weekly booking, will be at Low Season prices

We are sorry that we cannot accept pets on the farm (guide dogs excepted).
The cottages and indoor amenities are no smoking areas.
Cancellation policy: More than 28 days notice, loss of deposit only. Less than 28 days notice 60% of cost, and 14 days notice 90% of cost. We may waive this charge according to circumstances.
